In order to keep our books from backing up and building excessively long wait times, I will take on custom orders in limited quantities. All custom orders will begin here, by placing an order deposit, which will save your spot in my books while we work out the details of your custom made item.
You can select an item from the list as a starting point or choose 'none' and leave a short description of what you would like created.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all commissioned work in order to secure your place in line. Acceptable payment methods include any credit/debit cards, PayPal or Google Pay. Applicable tax will be applied to orders during checkout. This deposit will be applied as a credit to your order total. Should you choose to cancel your custom order prior to commencement and invoicing, the custom order deposit can be exchanged for store credit only.
Once your order is nearing commencement, we will finalize the design concept and you will be provided with a link to pay the remaining balance. All custom pattern sketches will be provided after the balance has been paid. If the balance is not paid within 7 days of being invoiced, you will lose your order slot and forfeit your deposit.
Completed custom items will be shipped by our choice of methods unless otherwise requested. Signature confirmation will be added to all orders over $500
Commissioned items that have been personalized with names, brands, logos, inscriptions or initials are non-returnable. All other orders must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition within 14 days of receipt in exchange for store credit. Credit will be issued once I have received the item(s) and confirmed the condition.
Wait time can vary depending on the time of year. Please be patient as I complete each piece in the order it was placed.
