Shipping policy

Processing for in-stock items is typically 1-2 business days (weekdays, not including holidays). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed starting the following business day.

Custom made items ship within 2 weeks of your scheduled custom order date.

Transit times will depend on selected shipping option.  We offer USPS and FedEx options with pricing being calculated based on size and weight.

When free shipping is offered, your package(s) will be sent via the most economical option which is usually USPS Ground Advantage.

Some shipping options include up to $100 of insurance (ie USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail).  We recommend adding shipping insurance for orders exceeding $100 and for shipping methods that don't include insurance.   

Quoted shipping costs do not include import/export duties.
